Description
Louis Francois Sobacha is roasted buckwheat developed as a flavouring ingredient for pastry, frozen desserts, chocolate preparations and beverages. It brings pronounced roasted cereal and toasted notes and can be used either as an infusion or incorporated directly into a preparation. Its flavour remains stable in both hot and cold applications, giving chefs flexibility across a wide range of products.

Use
Infuse Sobacha into water, milk, cream or syrup, then strain as required for the preparation. It can also be incorporated directly where the roasted buckwheat itself is intended to remain part of the finished product.
Recommended Dosage
For infusion, use approximately 2–6%. For direct incorporation and other applications, adjust according to the desired flavour intensity and finished texture.
