Louis Francois Mint Chops are dehydrated pieces of mint developed to provide concentrated mint flavour and visible herb character without the handling and short shelf life of fresh mint. They can be incorporated directly into both sweet and savoury preparations, making them a practical option for pastry, chocolate, frozen desserts, beverages and foodservice production.

Use

- Yogurt: approximately 0.5%

Louis François gives a general working range of approximately 3–10g/kg. Adjust according to the application and desired flavour intensity.
