KNEADER RS201 — Folding Manual Dough Sheeter

More capacity, finer control. The RS201 is a foldable, hand-cranked sheeter for ambitious home bakers and micro-bakeries that want precision without a commercial footprint. It stores “attaché-style,” the upper roller comes off for cleaning, and the unit can even be used chilled to help keep butter plastic in warm kitchens.

Why choose RS201?

• Micro-precision: 0–27 mm range with coarse steps (2.5 mm) plus a ±0.5 mm fine-adjust — up to 55 selections for ultra-consistent passes.

• Bigger work surface: Longer/wider boards make larger laminations practical while staying countertop-friendly.

• Higher throughput: Manufacturer guideline 600 g or 1000g per lamination pass. Users often sheet total batches around 1.0–1.35 kg by dividing into multiple passes.

• SB-01 Standard (900 × 400 × 10 mm) — Lightweight and spacious; ideal for those seeking a lightweight board that still provides ample support for efficient baking.
