The Clear Guitar Sheets are soft, flexible LDPE sheets designed for professional chocolate, ganache and confectionery work. Their smooth, transparent surface provides a clean release surface for framed ganache, praline fillings, chocolate bases, chablon, plaques and flat decorative chocolate pieces.
Compared with firmer PVC pastry sheets, guitar sheets have a more supple feel, making them especially suitable for chocolate work that requires smooth spreading, clean release and precise confectionery production. Each sheet can be used whole beneath a confectionery frame or cut to fit smaller trays, frames and custom projects.

How to Use
Place the guitar sheet on a clean, flat tray or work surface. Position the confectionery frame over the sheet, or spread tempered chocolate directly onto the sheet as required by the recipe. Allow the chocolate, ganache or filling to crystallize or set completely before carefully removing the sheet.
