Green pea paste (완두 앙금) is achieved by stewing the green pea after peeling to retain the colour and taste of the green pea. Because of its neutral profile and colour, it is often used for confectioneries that require the green colour, filling or be used as a material for bean paste flower piping.

For opened package or repack sizes, ideal storage is in an airtight package and refrigerated. For longer term storage, this product can be frozen. Simply thaw in microwave or at room temperature before use.
