Les Vergers Boiron Frozen White Peach Purée is made with 100% white peaches selected from France. Aromatic and naturally sweet with gentle acidity, it captures the delicate, fragrant flavour of ripe white peach. Its characteristic pink colour comes naturally from pigments in the fruit’s skin and the flesh surrounding the pit.

Flavour and Applications

This versatile fruit purée is ideal for mousses, crémeux, entremets, cheesecakes, tart fillings, fruit gels, ice creams, sorbets, sauces, smoothies, cocktails and mocktails. Its delicate flavour brings an elegant fruit character to pastry, frozen desserts and beverages.

White peach pairs beautifully with raspberry, apricot, mango, passion fruit, lemon, vanilla, almond, jasmine, verbena and white chocolate.

Thaw the purée in its closed packaging in the refrigerator at 2–4°C. Once fully thawed, mix thoroughly to restore an even consistency before use.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, our complimentary shipping service is standard shipping; express service may be available for an additional surcharge.

While we make every effort to keep the purée cold throughout transit, we cannot guarantee that it will remain completely frozen upon arrival, particularly during warmer weather.

If the purée arrives partially thawed but still cold, simply place it back in the freezer as soon as possible. If it arrives completely thawed, it is still safe to use provided the inner seal remains intact. Any unused portion may be refrozen for longer-term storage.

Purées with a higher fibre content may naturally separate after thawing. Simply stir well before use. For convenience, we also recommend portioning the purée into your own containers before refreezing so you can thaw only what you need.
