I had concerns about this product arriving thawed but it was still fully frozen when it arrived, even after 4 days of shipping. I’m not sure how it would do in hot summer conditions but it was good shipped in early March. The product is delicious! It’s very tart, as passion fruit is, and seedless. So far I’ve tried it as a drink mixed with pineapple juice and soda (and if I’m completely honest, rum). I’m going to buy some pectin and make a jelly this week.
Really good, flavourful. Worked well in a ganache.
Glad I found Gusta as I have been looking for this puree for a while. Many other exotic flavors are available that I would try in the future.

Order a couple of purees but have only tried the passion fruit so far and it was perfect for the curd we made. The flavour of passion fruit was amazing - not to sweet and just the right amount of tang, will be checking out other flavours soon!
The fresh fragrance filled the room once the container is opened. This goes well with mango mousse or stands on its own if you like some tartness in dessert.
The container was nicely filled that I could scoop out the ingredient little by little to measure precisely on the scale. Small things count.

Great product! Used it to make a topping on NewYork style cheesecake. Memories of Hawaii and it’s fresh lilikoi(passion fruits). Had too much for cheesecake and leftover was used as topping on vanilla ice cream and sliced almonds.
