Les Vergers Boiron Lychee Purée is made from 100% lychee with no added sugar. Boiron blends fruit selected from Madagascar, Vietnam and Taiwan to create a consistent purée with an elegant tropical character.

Flavour and Applications

Smooth and delicately sweet, this beige purée has a slightly milky appearance and a rich fragrance shaped by floral rose and subtle Muscat notes. Its fine, homogenized pulp gives it an even texture for professional recipes.

Use it in mousses, crémeux, ganaches, jellies, cake inserts, sorbets and granitas, or add its fragrant flavour to cocktails, mocktails, iced teas and lemonades. It can also brighten fruit dressings, chilled soups and sauces for seafood. Pair lychee with raspberry, rose, coconut, lime, ginger, white chocolate or jasmine tea.

Thaw the purée in its closed packaging in the refrigerator at 2–4°C. Once fully thawed, mix thoroughly to restore an even consistency before use.

Depending on your location, only local delivery and express shipping options will be available at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, our complimentary shipping service is standard shipping; express service may be available for an additional surcharge.

While we make every effort to keep the purée cold throughout transit, we cannot guarantee that it will remain completely frozen upon arrival, particularly during warmer weather.

If the purée arrives partially thawed but still cold, simply place it back in the freezer as soon as possible. If it arrives completely thawed, it is still safe to use provided the inner seal remains intact. Any unused portion may be refrozen for longer-term storage.

Purées with a higher fibre content may naturally separate after thawing. Simply stir well before use. For convenience, we also recommend portioning the purée into your own containers before refreezing so you can thaw only what you need.
