Les Vergers Boiron Guava Purée is made from 100% guava selected from Brazil, India and Vietnam, with no added sugar. Combining fruit from several growing regions gives professionals a consistent guava ingredient throughout the year.

Flavour and Applications

Pink and fluid with a characteristically grainy mouthfeel, this purée has delicate floral aromas and distinctive fresh vegetal notes reminiscent of tomato.

Use it in mousses, crémeux, fruit fillings, pâte de fruit, glazes, sorbets and frozen desserts, or add tropical depth to smoothies, cocktails, mocktails and lemonades. Guava also works well in chutneys, vinaigrettes and sauces for seafood or pork. Pair it with mango, passion fruit, coconut, lime, ginger, chilli or white chocolate.

Thaw the purée in its closed packaging in the refrigerator at 2–4°C. Once fully thawed, mix thoroughly to restore an even consistency before use.

Depending on your location, only local delivery and express shipping options will be available at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, our complimentary shipping service is standard shipping; express service may be available for an additional surcharge.

While we make every effort to keep the purée cold throughout transit, we cannot guarantee that it will remain completely frozen upon arrival, particularly during warmer weather.

If the purée arrives partially thawed but still cold, simply place it back in the freezer as soon as possible. If it arrives completely thawed, it is still safe to use provided the inner seal remains intact. Any unused portion may be refrozen for longer-term storage.

Purées with a higher fibre content may naturally separate after thawing. Simply stir well before use. For convenience, we also recommend portioning the purée into your own containers before refreezing so you can thaw only what you need.
