Les Vergers Boiron Frozen Apricot Purée is made with 100% apricots cultivated in France and harvested at optimal ripeness. The fruit is processed soon after picking to preserve its vibrant colour, balanced sweetness and characteristic apricot aroma.

Flavour and Applications

Intense orange in colour, this purée has a thick, smooth and velvety texture with a generous mouthfeel. Its rich fruit character balances natural sweetness with the gentle tang associated with ripe apricot.

Use it in mousses, bavarois, tart fillings, glazes, pâte de fruit and plated desserts, or prepare sorbets, gelato and frozen parfaits. It also brings ripe stone-fruit flavour to cocktails, mocktails, iced teas, chutneys and glazes for poultry or pork. Apricot pairs beautifully with almond, pistachio, vanilla, honey, raspberry, orange and rosemary.

Thaw the purée in its closed packaging in the refrigerator at 2–4°C. Once fully thawed, mix thoroughly to restore an even consistency before use.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, our complimentary shipping service is standard shipping; express service may be available for an additional surcharge.

While we make every effort to keep the purée cold throughout transit, we cannot guarantee that it will remain completely frozen upon arrival, particularly during warmer weather.

If the purée arrives partially thawed but still cold, simply place it back in the freezer as soon as possible. If it arrives completely thawed, it is still safe to use provided the inner seal remains intact. Any unused portion may be refrozen for longer-term storage.

Purées with a higher fibre content may naturally separate after thawing. Simply stir well before use. For convenience, we also recommend portioning the purée into your own containers before refreezing so you can thaw only what you need.
