The hypnotic effect of a drop on a body of water. Water Drop is an original shaped mould: soft and sinous lines to create a special-looking dessert. Silikomart Professional was selected by the Belgian team to develop a mould with whom Nicolas Arnaud, David Redon and Frédérick Dever created the chocolate cake at the World Pastry Cup 2017.
