Tarte Ring Ø190 by Silikomart Professional is the ring of 190 mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and that was developed to make a pie of 180 mm diameter.
The ring is non-stick and stainless, allows an homogenous baking and it is characterized by a high thermal stability, realizing a traditionally impeccable pie.
