This classic Japanese mould (デザート 寒天流し型) is perfect for creating Tamago Tofu (steamed egg tofu), traditional cold treats such as Yokan (azuki bean jelly), translucent wagashi, steam cake, pudding etc. Comes with an inside plate and partition plates so you can unmold easily.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, both the outer mold and inner plates are crafted from a single piece stainless steel and folded to shape. This ensures consistency of size and shape. Moreover, it assists with portion control and therefore helps preventing waste and save on food costs.
