Junichi Mitsubori, grand master of the Kado Ichika style that he has founded traditional sweets into a refined work of art with elegant performance of creation. His work has been attracting attention in many Asian countries and for the first time as a wagashi artisan at the Salon du Chocolat 2017 in France.
